Why is there a max Kairo purchase amount?

Betoken protocol limits the maximum amount of Kairo tokens a new manager could buy at 1% of the total Kairo supply. The goal is to protect our meritocracy by not allowing new users to bypass the efforts needed to gain management power in the fund with money.
